The Great Two Rivers Rib-Off
A legendary BBQ showdown where amateur grill masters compete for glory, bragging rights, and a comically oversized trophy.
About This Event
Listen up, folks. Every year, perfectly normal campers transform into fire-breathing pit bosses for our annual Rib-Off. We're talking secret rubs, suspicious marinades, and at least one person who claims their recipe was 'handed down from a Civil War general.' Last year's winner literally cried tears of joy into their coleslaw. The judges are ruthless. The stakes are medium-rare. The vibes are immaculate.
Whether you're competing or just here to eat an unreasonable amount of ribs, this is the event of the summer. There will be live music from a band that describes themselves as 'country-adjacent,' lawn games for the kids (and adults who peaked in cornhole), and enough side dishes to make your cardiologist weep.

Good to Know
Bring your own lawn chairs — we have some, but they go fast. No outside grills allowed (we've got plenty). Dogs are welcome on leash. Please don't challenge the judges. They've been through enough.
