The story of Two Rivers — from a family fishing spot to a beloved campground and marina.
How It All Started
Two Rivers began as a family fishing spot in the 1960s. The Johnson family purchased 40 acres at the confluence of two rivers and built a small dock for their weekend trips.
Growing Into a Campground
By the 1980s, word had spread and friends started asking to camp on the property. The Johnsons added a few RV sites, a restroom, and a small store. Two Rivers Campground was born.
The Marina Years
In 2005, the family expanded with a 20-slip marina and boat launch. The campground grew to over 50 sites, added cabins, and became a full-service destination for outdoor recreation.
Two Rivers Today
Now in its third generation of family ownership, Two Rivers continues to grow while staying true to its roots. We're a place where families make memories, friendships form around the campfire, and the river is always calling.
